You can either send your media to us by secure courier or Royal Mail, or take advantage of our outstanding personal collection and return service.

Our White Glove Service
We will personally collect your media for digitising from your home address, and return your order personally upon completion. This is our premium level service for which we have to charge a modest fee proportionate to the mileage involved.
If the collection address is within a 10 mile radius of Hertford - for orders with a value in excess of £75, this service is free.
For orders elsewhere in the counties of Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, this service is available for orders with a value in excess of £200. Please contact Scanorama for a quote.
For customers further afield, or for those who do not wish to use our White Glove service, we recommend that you send your items to us via a recorded delivery service through Royal Mail or via a courier that requires a signature upon delivery. We can help you to book this collection if required.
When sending your items this way, we would prefer you to contact us first so we know to expect your delivery.
